Ouija Boards

I bought a Ouija Board at an estate sale. My wife wouldn't allow it in the house. I don't believe that items like this have any mystical powers. They are merely tools. No different than using dice or other items to communicate with the spirit world. Now communicating with spirits can be dangerous, because you don't know who or what you are communicating with. The information that you receive may be false or misleading. Those that believe in the spirit world are very opinionated about the use of Ouija Boards. Some believe it opens a portal and you can be possessed just by using it. What are your thoughts on this?
