Brotherhood Exploration Adventure Research
Brotherhood: For the bond that keeps us strong. You must trust in your brothers and they must trust in you
Exploration: for the truth, Knowledge and treasures to be discovered
Adventure: For the fun and thrill of it all
Research: for the work it takes to find the facts that we need to accomplish our missions
Why A Bear?
A Bear is Strong, as we need to be. A Bear is inquisitive. We also seek to find the unknown. A Bear has the ability to find things using its powerful sense of smell. We also must use our senses to find things, whether it be our eyes; our minds or our equipment to guide us. A Bear has the hunger that drives them. We also are hungry to find the knowledge & treasures we seek
There are different stories for the bear as a Animal Symbol, and there is a special meaning throughout all. The bear stands for courage, strength, protection and life. . There are several different legends that surround the bear, and many of these stories were passed down from one generation to the next. Each story holds its own special meaning.
B.E.A.R. Nation Creed
The Purpose of B.E.A.R. Is to seek treasures, Knowledge and to explore the unknown. We must seek out the questions that drive our curiosity. We shall find Common interests and Passions and follow them wherever it leads us.
B.E.A.R. Clans
B.E.A.R. Clans are made up of 3 Chiefs; 1 Shaman and the rest of the members are known as warriors
B.E.A.R. Tribe
B.E.A.R. Tribe consists of all B.E.A.R. Clans in any given state
B.E.A.R. Nation
B.E.A.R. Nation consists of all B.E.A.R. Tribes
B.E.A.R. Meeting Definitions
Chief Counsel Meetings
Chief Counsel Meetings will consist of at least the 3 chiefs to be considered a meeting
Den Meetings
Den Meetings are meeting involving the 3 chiefs; the shaman and warriors of any individual clan
Grand Meeting
A Grand Meeting is the meeting of multiple B.E.A.R. clans
Meeting Procedures
Each meeting will be started by the shaman. The Shaman will start with recapping old business; then move on to current business and end with new ventures and ideas
A peace pipe or sybolic relic will be passed by the shaman to the clan members that wish to speak. The shaman can also decide to open the floor so that all can speak as needed for a discussion without the use of the peace pipe.
Meeting Purpose
Inform all members of current research being conducted. Plan future missions and discuss the topics of interest
Clan Member Functions
Chiefs
The purpose of the three chiefs is to keep the B.E.A.R. Clan going and thriving. The Chiefs will decide the path of the clan with the warriors passions and skills in mind during every decision. The reason for three chiefs is so there will be no deadlock on any decision. Two or more votes from the chiefs are final say to all decisions. The chiefs will manage any funds with the clans best interest in mind. The chiefs will also appoint the clan shaman
Shaman
The task of shaman is to conduct the Den Meetings. Keep everyone informed of upcoming and on going events as well as progress of missions.
Warriors
Are Full members. They must be approved by the chiefs
Future Warriors
Can be present at meetings and events. Future warriors must be recruited by a member to attend any function.

Feel free to conduct individual research on any given topic. Our first official Den meeting will be coming up in a couple of months. start brainstorming on ideas and topics.
